  2. Enjoy free parking at the Sun Valley Village and mountain base areas and free transportation to both Bald and Dollar Mountains and the towns of Ketchum and Elkhorn Springs via the Mountain Rides bus system.

Conference Check-in Thursday between 1:30-7:30 p.m. at the Limelight Lobby in the Sun Valley Inn. For Friday and Saturday check-in between 7-8 a.m. and 3-4:30 p.m. at the Limelight Lobby in the Sun Valley Inn.

Check-in for the resort is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.

  • Après Ski- Friday, January 30th from 3:00-4:00pm and Saturday, January 31st from 3:00-4:00pm
  • Opening reception- Thursday, January 29th 7-8:30pm, immediately following the Thursday night session.
  • Family Night Dinner- Saturday, January 31st from 7:00-10:00pm
  • Sleigh Ride- Saturday, January 31st from 7:00-9:00pm (by sign-up only at conference check-in desk)
  • Konditorei- complimentary espresso provided Friday, January 30th and Saturday, January 31st from 6:30-7:30am (must show conference badge)

Local Restaurants typically close at 9:00pm. There are exceptions in the area, however, please plan accordingly.

A conference for medical providers involved in the treatment of cerebrovascular disorders and stroke. The intended audience includes neurosurgeons, neurologists, neurointerventionalists and anyone involved with stroke care: primary care providers, emergency physicians, hospitalists, EMS providers, nurses and stroke coordinators.

Mountain casual or ski clothing. Business attire discouraged.
